Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data held by Leucita. This means you can ask us to permanently delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain legal exceptions.

We take your privacy seriously and will process your deletion request promptly and transparently.

To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Saved shipping and billing addresses
• Newsletter subscription and marketing preferences
• Product reviews and ratings you have submitted
• Browsing history and preference data stored in your account
• Cookies and tracking data associated with your session

Certain records are retained even after a deletion request, as required by Indian law and regulatory obligations. These include:

• Order and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years for tax and GST compliance
• Payment and refund records — retained as required by financial regulations
• Shipping and delivery records — retained for dispute resolution purposes
• Communications related to legal claims or investigations — retained until resolution

Retained records are anonymized where possible and used solely for legal and regulatory compliance. They are securely deleted once the retention period expires.

We process data deletion requests in the following timeframe:

• •Verification of your identity — within 3 business days
• •Completion of data deletion — within 30 days of verification
• •Confirmation email — sent once deletion is complete
